Do any of the variants look that much different?, Chevy isn't going to change that formula , the C7 is already a wide body the Z will have subtle changes here and there on the outside, but will perform like a beast with the lt4.

You can clearly see the different grill used here, as well as a high rise hood and different hood vents. The wheels are the hi performance design to what looks to be bigger disc brakes behind them. You can also see the large rear air vents at the diffuser behind the tire that was shown with keek's CAD pic. Notice the sideskirt and front splitter as well.

I believe this sketch came from the initial patent designs when the C7 was first speculated. I believe this to be the new Z06....subtle in pic, but a whole different animal up close and personal.

I am of the opinion that the wide body C6s look much more aggressive than the base C6. I also believe that while the C7 looks excellent even in base form, the ZO6 variant could and should look more aggressive. I want a little more than just a LT4 engine for my $30k+ price premium...otherwise, me and many others could simply buy a base car and add a blower for significantly less $$. Just my 2 cents...

This is clearly a different grille insert however, I would like to see a different bumper (not just a different grill insert). I'd like to see a design with the front grille inserted further into the bumper...similar to base C6 VS C6Z. Looks like GM is cutting costs associated with having to go with different exterior panels across different variants.

I'm sure the C7 Z06 will look much wider than the base car, much like the C6 to the GS/Z06 body was. I saw them a month or so ago and could see a big difference between the base C7 and the Hi-po's that were camoed right next to each other....I was 4 feet away from both.

Deja vu all over again. That's the Z06, like it or not.

And look at the grille compared to the sketch. I know the sketch is a profile shot, but look at the unique openings at the side of the grille... they match.

This is the Z06 and that is it's grille. The front fender vent and wheels already match up perfectly.

Clearly it is the ZO6.

I was hoping that they would change the side fender vent, but it appears that only the black plastic fender insert got larger (not the vent itself). We can't judge the car based on this picture but I am not seeing much of a difference at all really.

I remember seeing these sketches of the base model before the Stingray reveal. Thankfully it translated much better in the flesh. I expect a similar outcome with the Z06 reveal. Excited nonetheless.

Looks like the car is being held up with an invisible body lift allowing the wheels to drop down

This picture was leaked from a GM insider well before the c7 reveal and was all but confirmed to be the hi po model. You can see the brake ducts, fende flares etc...

I'm guessing it will look better in the flesh tho.

Also.. Just to point out, you can see the little black plastic fender flaps as seen in the teaser photo.
