They need to do something like that in the existing front grill, would help the look tremendously.

I totally agree ! This wide body looks beautiful, but i wonder if Widebody conversions will be possible with the base c7.

This is what the C7 should have looked like to begin with. I'm sure wide body kits will be popular until the Grand Sport version comes along.

Quite the opposite, after seeing the Z51 our Grand Sport really seemed low rent so it went bye bye for the Z51. It will be a keeper and a Z06/7 added to the stable.

It amazed me from day one that the C7 wasn't a wide body to begin with. It was obvious from the C6 generation that the wide body was the preferred look by a pretty big margin. After the Grand Sport came out, the sales on the base car tanked.

As with just about everything, it's the old planned obsolescence. Got to try to get everyone to trade up and keep up with the neighbors.
