The chief engineer of the new Z06 stated...subtract $35k from the ZR1 and you have the price of the Z06.
Hope that is sufficient reason.

MSRP is $79,900....ring time is 7:05.21, you will take delivery on 2/6/15, it will be 38 degrees, 30% humidity, winds out of the SW at 5 - 10 mph that day, you will have Linguini with clam sauce for dinner that night with a bottle of nice, crisp Gruner Veltliner.
