I was very disappointed that the cars don't come with at least a basic splitter and side skirts to set them apart from the base C7 cars. I can understand not putting CF splitter and side skirt, but there ought to be at least plastic ones on there.
You do get a stage 1 splitter but no rockers (and of course spoiler). I've been interested in the Sunrise Orange and wondering what it will look like in person.
What do you think about SG vents with the spectra gray wheels, & dark gray interior?

Hmmm, all info so far (including the Chevy Z06 announcement,) says no orders will be allocated until the Sep 18th consensus cycle. Until that happens, an order will not advance to status 2000, "Order accepted by GM." The GM tracking website is misleading, but at least it now only says "Order placed," instead of "Order accepted," like last year. As mentioned in another post, your order cannot go to "Accepted by GM," until your dealer receives an allocation which matches the options on your order (including published constraints) and assigns that allocation to your order. Then, on Tuesday evening, at the end of the consensus process, your order will be "accepted by GM."

Except there is a huge distinction. Status 1100 means nothing beyond the dealer has successfully typed an order into the computer. There is absolutely no guarantee it will ever advance further. "Accepted by GM," is the next step and it's a big one. It means the order has been assigned to an allocation, entered the production system, and is past all constraints. Once at status 2000, you can be pretty sure your car will be built. If you peruse the order tracking thread and many of the dealer ordering threads in the C7 General Discussion sub-forum, you will find many folks who had their order entered into the system, but due to lack of dealer allocation or option constraints, never went any further. At the end of the '14 model year, their were numerous customers, including forum members, left high and dry with a status 1100 preliminary order and no car.
And as mentioned by many other members, Chevrolet, and me in my previous post, no retail customer is going to 2000 until the Sep 18th consensus cycle is complete on the 23rd.
Nothing about the new Z06 has changed the standard GM ordering system, that has been causing grief and heartache to anxious Corvette buyers for years.

Not trying to thread jack here but where are you buys getting these pics with all the colors and interiors? I've tried searching and searching but haven't come across a thread with a link or anything. Thanks in advance!
