Has anyone seen the chrome wheels on a white Z06 yet. Just curious how they look. The white ZR1 with chrome wheels was/is one of my favorite combos but I haven't seen any pictures of the chrome wheels on any car yet. The black wheels look killer on the white but I'd really like to see the chrome before I make the final decision. Thanks.

IIRC, there are not any pics of the chromes around here yet, but there are some of the black wheels with white.

I'll be getting chrome rims on a white Z06. My c6 grand sport with chrome was a real head turner. I got a lot of complements just on the wheels alone. For me "Winter rims" just don't have much appeal.

Well if you want the car to stand out get chrome if you want it to look like a taxi cab or police car get black JMO....bottom line is it's your car get what YOU like.....

The choice is yours, however you should be aware that if you go with black the elderly might not be able to see your wheels.

Go with chrome or silver, the new wheels are way too nice to hide with black. Despite the trend black wheels do not look good everything.

I would go Silver, but between those 2 I would pick Chrome. I had black wheel on my 911, they looked great when they were clean, a few hours later they looked like crap. They show every little swirl and chip. Now I have silver and IMO they look better Clean and Dirty.

Keep it to TWO when it comes to car colors to avoid the Big Clash!

The wheels will match the black accents on this car better if they are Black or Spectra Gray. Chrome will clash very badly.

IF the car did not have all the black accents (body colored vents, EFY) then you can go with the chrome.

You will never ever see a chrome wheel on a Ferrari, Lambo, etc etc. Chevrolet is trying hard to get rid of this bling mindset by charging 2K for the chrome option over the standard silver. Silver is the way to go if you want some form of bling. Chrome definitely not !!!!

My wife has a white Caddy XTS with chrome wheels. Damn, it looks good! Our family Suburban is white with 22" chromes. That looks good too!

I don't hate! Whatever floats your boat will still look good! I love seeing what everyone's version of "COOL" looks like. That is what makes the GOOD OLE' U.S. of A the best damn Country...EVER!

Oh yeah, my vote is...GO FOR THE CHROME! Send pics when you get the car!

Go with the chrome. Black wheels look like a cop car or taxi.

My 1st vette was a white C5 and I had the chrome "wagon wheels" on it and I LOVED IT. Of course I was in the minority about the wagon wheels but I'm an odd duck. That said, I say go chrome on white but... if you do go black (I did with current machine silver C6Z (I still have my polished silver wheels for the track)), then make sure you ad more black accents to complete the "murdered look." Otherwise the wheels just look like holes with all the white see below). You need more contrast than just black wheels. On my silver C6Z, I blacked out my taillights, side makers, race flags, and bought the black headlights as a total unit replacement and you can see from my avatar.

Below is my buddy's C6Z in white. Looks better in person but a black spoiler and or roof would break up the white much better. If you want to keep it simple and CLASSY.. GO CHROME on white. You don't need additional accents. JMO

You can not even see the wheels, I am not a fan. Thats why you have choices, pick what you like. If it is Black get ready for multiple cleanings per week or having them look like crap most of the time.
