GM's Color Combination Override option @ $590
Color Combination Override
◾Override recommended restrictions to exterior and interior colors combinations
◾Limited to sold orders only
◾See dealer for details
Would this GM available option allow me to do the following?
1. Jet black interior, with all around red stitching?
2. Two tone color seats; Red/Black?

If the option is not available then D30 cannot provide it.
1. Not available;
2. Not with Jet Black seats;
Dark Gray is two tone along with the others.... color/Black.

As usual Bob is right. The color override only allows you to choose existing color option combinations that are not normally offered together. Like choosing red seats for a yellow car, or a blue convertible top for a red car. It does not allow for an option that doesn't exist.

That is interesting as I was wondering why the limited microfiber choices. Is GM investigating some other suppliers or is it final? I would like red with microfiber. Thanks

Never noticed that it wasn't available on the Z06. But no matter, I'm looking at a Z51, which DOES have a Brownstone option but only for 3LT cars.
If the color override fee would allow Brownstone in a 2LT car most likely I'd pay the $590 to get it.

As the description notes, it overrides recommended restrictions, not actual restrictions.
