Good catch Jim. The pic of the blue car at the beginning of the clip has what are either silver or chrome wheels and has the Z06 front fascia, hood and flared rear fenders...????? Guess they have at least 2 blue cars running around the rung??

Nope. Your eyes are A-ok. It's definitely a stingray.

stop it at 18 sec and notice the very low profile tires, almost look flat. You can hear the shift as well climbing the hill. M7 for sure.
By the way, the Stingray is an incredible platform for a base car. Ours did 11.3 sec. 0-120 on several different attempts, and 0-60 in 3.6 seconds. This with our intake onboard (not an ad) only and a couple changes to the torque management control nannies.
That day it was 50 degrees out, so our TC was very active, and it did not allow full throttle until about 50 mph. Turned off, times went to hell, but a 20 mph roll blew the tires away and when the hard shift to 2nd hit, they continued to roast to redline. I only wish I had that on video.

Dale Lomas (Bridge to Gantry) shot this photo of the ZO6 with the level 1 aero package. Looks like they may have only one Level 3 aero car there. Dammit. I doubt they will try a timed hot lap with a level 1 aero package.

Maybe the ZO7 is too stiff for the ring? If the car is bottoming out with as much of a fender gap that already exists, maybe the combination of a lot of downforce and stiffness on a "uneven surface" (why it bottoms out) is a bit to much for the ring?
Sometimes softer goes faster
The ZR1 that set the record had "standard" ZR1 aero and suspension

Look at it as the cost of going faster.

It would be icing on the cake if they can set a new corvette record at the ring with a non-ZO7 model.
Although that might give some of the haters here a little indigestion

This blue one might be a ZO7 option package with the clear center wicker bill left off. That appears to be whats done here. Maybe the top aero is slowing them down too much on the last big straight. It would not surprise me to see them do this as that last straight is huge and the ZR1 did 183mph on it.
