I'm at 3000 for a ZO6 that is Daytona Orange. A dealership here in Omaha received a C7 Stingray today in the DSOM color. I went over to look at it and took a couple pics with my old IPhone. I must say that the pictures do not do it any justice. In the sun you can see all of the gold metallic flakes. It looks so nice against the black vents and bumper. I was hoping I would like it ... no I love it cant wait to see the ZO6 in person with this color...

Thanks a million! That last pic really shows the color. I ordered the Z06 as well and I'm also at 3000. My coupe will look very similar with the visible CF roof, spectra gray wheels, and black mirrors.

That car very closely resembles what I'll be getting a couple of months, so I'm very happy!

What was the interior color and how did it match up with the DSOM?

This one was a 2LZ Black GT seats. Looked great. They also have a C7 Vert coming in within the next week and it will have a Kalamari interior. I ordered a Black interior 2LZ too for the ZO6. I cant wait to see the Kalamari as I think it will look good with the Daytona Sunrise Orange Metallic.

Thanks for getting back so quick! Some who have seen samples of the DSOM, said it will clash with the Kalahari, but I'm thinking it will go well! We'll know soon!

I believe its similar but is darker. At a corvette show last weekend at this dealership I had a DSOM color chip and did a comparison. The DSOM is darker. Its really beautiful inside and then we took it outside and I was double happy. Happy to see it looked so beautiful and also happy that I had ordered it and at the time just hoping that I would like it.

Im hoping to get it before the snow falls but I doubt it - looks like the possibility of a TPW around 11/3, Im sure there will be a QC period too.

The transparent top IMO just doesn't look right on the C7, tho.

In the pics it looks a little to dark. More on the brownish side. Like a rust color

Was hoping more for a orange color. Even Atomic Orange is a little closer to a orange color... AO would have been a better color IMO.
