Default Are Side Skirts standard on 3LZ Z06 ?

Is there a base side skirt standard or does it come without unless you order one of the packages ?

No. You have to order the CFZ or CFV aero packages to get any "side skirts"

1LZ, 2LZ, and 3LZ are the interior packages; the CFZ carbon flash ground effects is a separate option....Stage 2; The Z07 package allows you to get the CFV, visible carbon fiber ground effects.

I am pretty sure you can order the CFV or CFZ without the Z07 package depending on constraints and this would be considered a stage 2.

CFV is no longer available without the Z07.
I had it on order and it had to be pulled; many others as well.

Perhaps by time that A8s are released they may have produced enough to allow some of us ordering the stage 2 package to also order the CFV

Not likely....here is what the world's largest corvette manager had to say about it......

"Here's what I was told by GM on this issue. The CFV has very limited supplies so they have decided that the CFV will only be available on the Z07 packages. This will not be listed as a constraint issue but as an order requirement. In fact, if you try to place an order today with the CFV on a non-Z07, the system will not even allow the order to be placed. All orders that were already placed with that option are being changed.
If the supply on this option every becomes more plentiful, GM may re-look at the situation and change it, but based on the fact that after a year and a half on the Stingray the Exposed Carbon Fiber top and Exposed Carbon Fiber interior trim are still heavily constrained I wouldn't plan on it any time soon."

The skirts and splitter are not make it or break it items IMO. All will be available later on for DIY, and some aftermarket companies might provide better solutions to boot in time!

I'd say keep your focus on interior options and if you want Z07 or not. I would not order the expensive Z07 package simply for the appearance mods.

Personally I'm going with the base package with 2LZ interior. Will add my own "extras" when I see the ones I like the best.

.
Totally agree.

Order the Z07 if the brakes, tires, and suspension tweaks fit your needs/wants/desires. If not, get the appearance mods another way...saving money and getting a car that is a better fits for you.
