Mine came in last week in DSOM. They are just sticky tape and two guide pins. I am thinking that running dental floss behind the old ones should pop them right off. RPI has a good idea with heating them a bit first, it will make the sticky tape more pliable. I've used the dental floss idea on car sales emblems in the past and it works like a charm.
You can even go with an 8 or 10 lb. test fishing line instead of the dental floss. A little bit more durable and won't damage the paint.
