Default Vengeance Racing C7 Z06 Baseline Dyno Numbers- 585/617 BONE STOCK!!!

We just made it back to the shop with our new C7 Z06... What an AMAZING car.. Pictures do not do this car justice... Looking at this car does not do it justice.... DRIVE IT and you WILL buy it...

GM=:thum bs:

Some of you may not agree with our "break in" procedure, but we have an overwhelming amount of folks ask us to duplicate our C7 Stingray delivery, so with that being said the next three miles on our C7 were done without moving one inch....

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gkd5...ature=youtu.be

After a 20 mile drive back to the shop we hit the dyno to see what this amazing piece of machinery would put down... Again, no disappoinment here... 585RWHP/617RWTQ!!!!!

Here are a few Pics while still at the dealer... More to come as we dive into our C7 Z06 !!

Awesome!

Are these numbers higher, equal, or lower than expected?

Best,
Gene

Very Nice!

Your graph doesn't say what correction you were using. SAE, STD or uncorrected?

Nice job "heat cycling" the tires before putting it on the road. Safety first.

Wow! Impressive for sure

I bet that HP number will go up even more once it gets a bit more mileage on it.

Or will you guys even wait any longer before the modding begins?

Nice! Not much horsepower loss at all when the revs drop on each shift.....and the midrange torque looks great!

125mph trap speed my A$$!! I don't care what aero is on these cars, when they get in customers hands we are going to see some impressive traps.

Stock stingray average 400/400 so the efficiency of the drivetrain seems to be better on the Z06 ..Add to that a usual 5% jump in efficiency after break-in and you have to think that engine is producing MORE hp/torque than advertised ( biggest power eaters on a new drivetrain is gear mesh and bearings about 5% is gained when broken-in ) if you are a technical guy you can read about it here

You know what I HATE about this post?

The fact that it doesn't make any sense to me! Dammit, I don't know what any of it really means...other than, it's probably pretty damn fast!
