They should have done the lower rear vent (behind the door) in red too.

Huge improvement, but they should have left the black stripe off the hood, since they painted the hood vent.

Still need to do something about that NASCAR spoiler.

Probably have to have it in black plastic on the leading edge as on the C6 wide body's or it would have tons of rock chips in just a few days.

On the early C6 Z06's, even with the black plastic insert, the painted outer edge of the bake scoop got chipped very easy, so GM redesigned the black plastic insert so it extended further out over the painted edge of the brake scoop in order to protect the paint.

I want to see one with contrasted painted vents; i.e., black vette with shark grey vents, or silver vette with red guts and red vents (that would be a BOLD order!).

I don't like that at all. Maybe color matched vents in a different color, but in the red it is too much IMO.

Admittedly, there are a lot of black accents around the Z.
However, most of us seem to like the overall effect.
OTOH, for those that don't, they can be painted the body color at a modest cost by your local Paint Shop.

Too much of one color, not my taste but some out there love it. That's ok. I personally like the contrast of the body color and the black vents, side and rear, breaks up the color nicely.
