300 miles in with these brakes, I love them! 90-95% less dust, great pedal feel and performance for the street. No joke, it takes 5 mins per wheel to swap these pads once you have the wheel(s) off the car. No problem to swap the factory pads back for track day, well worth the investment as you will be kind to your rotors on the street, saving you $$$ for replacement later. (Assuming limited track days)

Do you offer any type of guaranty if they make noise (assuming the pads were installed by a local, reputable Chevy dealer---believe it would be the carbotech 1521pads)? The dust with the OEM pads on the 2015 non-Z07 Z06 is killing me, but they are silent---NO NOISE. I would rather live with dusty rims than with noise from the brakes.

Thank you.

To many factors to put a guarantee on noise especially if done by a local dealer. I will tell you this I have had not 1 complaint about noise all I have had is praises about how much this pad cuts down on the brake dust. It's up to you if you want to try I feel confident you wont have an issue but its up to you.

When you say ".......especially if done by a local dealer...." my take away is that there is a better place to go to have the pads installed versus the local--and pretty reputable---Chevy dealer (been in business for decades---but don't do a big Corvette business). What type of place would recommend to install your pads? I know squat about the mechanical end of things, and it is something I could never do myself.

Thanks again.

By dealer I mean sometimes they don't take the time to make sure everything is in proper working order when finished. Than they tend to blame it on the pad because they did not sell it and it's not a GM part. Best place would be a decent performance shop. If you give me your zip code I will be happy to do some research for you.

This car has the easiest brake pad swap ever... It took five minutes per wheel once the wheels were off the car. Use a short punch for the pins and a non-marking mallet for tapping the punch... A tiny tiny amount of brake grease on the back of each pad where the pistons touch the pad, but honestly the design of this system makes it very difficult for brake squeal to be possible with this compound.
