I'm curious how folks would or have equipped their new Z06 vettes,
my Black/Black has the 3 LZ package, Z07, package, carbon fiber dash, and black wheels...

sometimes I wonder if I should got the 2LZ and upgraded some of the other options

You've got a bad boy. I wouldn't even try to second guess the 3LZ. Why not go all the way if you can afford it?
My 3LZ LB M7 Z06 has CFZ Stage 2, Spectra Gray Wheels, FAY, Dark Gray Interior with GT seats and Suede seat inserts. I took R8C on 12-9-14.

My triple Black Z06 will be a 2LZ as I saved about $3.5k since I had no need for the sueded pillers etc.

Just like Tadge, no Z07 for me as I don't track the car.

That's what I'm still debating. With the 3Lz Nappa Leather Package, what leather do they use on the rest of the interior, Mulan or Nappa? I like the competition seats but I was told they only come in Mulan, so if I opt for the Comp seats, would it be better to go 2LZ or 3LZ? I still want the Nav/PD.

That is exactly why I went with 2LZ the comp seats are not Nappa.
I didn't see any benefit with respect to the sued parts in the 3LZ so I saved my $3500 for the CFZ aero.

Yipes! Comp seats are not napa in a 3LZ? So what would be the big deal in getting a 3LZ if you wanted the comp seats????

The comp seats are Mulan! And yes, that was a factor in my decision.

I'm extremely indecisive when it comes to the exterior color. The C7 looks great in every color, even white. I would be happy with any of the colors as long as there are no chrome wheels. But if I were ordering one today, I'd most likely go with either one of these options:
