Best Floor jack
Any recommendations for floor jack for our Z's. I looked at the Arcan XL2T which seems substantial and low profile, but it weight 100 lbs. What do you folks here use and how do you like it?

Cheap Harbor a Freight 2 ton aluminum jack. Fairly low profile(fits under my lowered on stock bolts Z), very light weight and best of all it was cheap!! Works perfect

I have the exact same one, and if you're at stock height or don't have the CF side skirts it's a great lightweight low profile jack. But my front is lowered 3/4" and by the time the pad gets to the puck the arm slightly touches the carbon fibre side skirts.
I'm looking for a very low profile jack that doesn't angle that severely towards the handle. There are a couple of good options in this thread for lowered C7Zs.

I think I found the best, albeit somewhat expensive solution: http://www.quickjack.com

That's a pretty cool solution! I'm using the AC jack and race ramps with esco jack stands. I may end up getting a drive on lift if I have to buy my wife a toy, that way I can get 2 vehicles in the same side of the garage. You can get a drive on lift for about 2 1/2 times the cost of the quickjack but you can't put it in the back of a truck and take it to the track.
