Default Wow

First of all wow!!! I'm a national instructor for Porsche, BMW Audi ferrari Mazda ect. I have been doing this for 11 years all I can say is wow. I've been off-track for over year due to some health concerns. I tracked my new car today Z06. After owning three cop cars at least 11 GT threes I am thoroughly impressed with this car. It took me one session 1 session to get comfortable with the car and the third session and it is insane.

I took a bone stock no adjustments to see what it would do, The car definitely needs a track alignment. Putting it in track mode and the race on is the way to go.

I will get some more opinions tomorrow or Sunday after I drive it for the second day.

I did the burnishing thing for the breaks I was wondering is this what you expect fronts to look like the first day. And it does stink when your bird burnishing them in!

Remember when I burnished brakes on my 2010 ZR1 few years back had Beemer driver pull up next to me at stop light after finishing and he said BRAKES are ON FIRE! Told him that was normal and drove off.

Those pads look well burnished; good job.

Very interested to hear your thoughts after day 2. Can you give detail on tyre psi; PTM mode versus everything off, etc. Also, what track.

BTW, I'm fairly sure you meant 'Cup' cars, not 'Cop' cars! lol

Not to hijack this thread, but did you intend to indicate that "BMW Audi ferrari Mazda ect." certify instructors nationally?

Only the Porsche Club of America has a national certification program for instructors.

You're absolutely correct I was a little excited when I wrote that the point being is I am struck for almost every group out there and have for many many years in fact you're not nationally certified for Porsche your recognized on the national instructor list please set my apologies I really had no freaking clue we will be discussing instructor certifications original point was how freaking wonderful this car and how well it performs and how well it performs many many tracks around the country for many many years.

I instruct for NASA Mazda BMW Porsche Audi I am not certified with any of those groups except recognized nationality for Porsche they have no national certification program for any of the groups. I stand corrected
