Thanks to this great Forum I have done the following so far:

• Lowered on stock bolts
• Removed the rubber seal on the hood to increase the sound of the supercharger (Worked great)
• Removed the corvette lettering from the back (Like the cleaner look)
• Fixed the creaky roof with an o-ring on each for the roof panels front posts.

WOW, looks amazing with the drop with stock bolts. Did you lower all the way on each side?

Anymore pics?

I shot a bunch of exterior photos today but no interior or under hood. What are you wanting to see?

Default Traded on great car for a new Z06 (Pictures)

I traded my 2014 Z28 for a new Z06. The Z28 was a great car but I'm so glad I upgraded.

I was thinking of also buying a Z28. I have a friend who is a chevy dealer and Z28's are coming up on GM smart auction often. Great prices with low miles. I would be interested in your opinions on the car compared to the Z06. A step down or up as a daily driver and track car.

First off I wish I could have kept it. The car is amazing. Due to its rawness its more exciting to drive at low speed. Handling, braking, acceleration is amazing, and I love the LS7 power delivery. Comparing the two is like comparing Beer and Wine – they both get you there just in different ways. People always talk about collectability, my guess due to the low production run and the LS7 the Z28 has potential to be a great collector car.

Welcome to the Z to Z club itsphoenix, population you and me.

@ Too-Fast: Here's a writeup I did comparing the two which explains why one might want to change one for the other (cliff notes: more fast): https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...omparison.html

It was just too raw for the street. Tires are very hard to get up to operational temp (even in Arizona), missed all the creature comforts. Really came down to wanting something with more power, better handling and more comfort.

I miss mine until I push the start button on the Z06. We are lucky to have had one.
