I Opticoated my (Spectra Gray) wheels and use Optimum car wash with a mitt dedicated to the wheels. Works great and takes maybe 4-5 minutes per wheel. I've used Rejex on wheels in the past with similar results. Brake dust cleans right off with either product.

Are these products store bought or do you go to a special vendor?

Opti-seal when the wheels are clean and dry every couple of months. Sonex wheel cleaner/ rinse well then followed followed by microfiber wheel cleaning tool. Purchased from Autogeek
