You don't need an attorney. Look in the back of you owners manual regarding disputes. All manufactures pay into a fund managed by the BBB. When they get involved, a buy-back is sure to happen. The formula is the mileage you first took the car for service divided by 120,000 miles. The percentage is the amount of the buyback plus sales tax..

I wish I had known this before I settled with GM. GM attorneys said since my car is a track car I can't expect it to be perfect. Then they said that the Lemon Law says if a car is in the shop 3 times for the same problem and they can't fix it by the 3rd time than they consider buying it back. I told my attorney this is total BS. GM clearly says in all of their advertisements the manual ZO7 is designed for the track. Although I had numerous issues they generally fixed them in less than 3 visits

For z06 GM doesn't warranty it at the track anymore right? for road racing and drag strip, I think GM used to cover it?

Their advertising says they warranty the ZO6 for the track. They fixed the car under warranty. The issue was buying the car back.

no worries, this car is somewhere in the Atlantic and should arrive in Germany in about 7 days then to Nurburgring by the 14th of Sept where we will have a blast with it and set whatever time we can set. AND I think it has a functional beauty about it with the wing, Hood and SPLITTER

Ciao Amigos (A little Italian/Mexican combo)

Meth isn't a good idea for road course use. Hard to calculate use during a session and risk of G's pulling reserve away from the pump when low. Better off running E85.

Bumper is OEM with our Carbon Fiber inlets & Track Cooling Package to resolve the overheating issue. Production versions of the front splitter are still 3-6 months out but we can hand build another if we have the car at our facility. It's a full on racing tunneled splitter with venturi's to vent air out into the wheel wells.
