Default Z06 Retro Fuel Rail/Coil Covers

The C5 and C6 Z06's had unique red fuel rail covers. The LT4 has coil covers instead, and they come in black from the factory. Some of the vendors on this forum are producing some really nice and well done coil covers. I wanted something that was similar to the C5 and C6 Z06's. So I had a local body shop paint my coil covers to match the same red fuel rail covers as the two previous generations. Taped them up with blue painters tape for the install to avoid scratches.

OP how did you handle the vent line on the passenger side (middle of the cover)?

Very carefully pulled it out of the valve cover. There are a couple of barbed clips that insert into the valve cover. It looks like it is easy to break if you are not careful.
