I am curious as to what are the highest numbers we are seeing without taking heads off or doing cam work. Would like to get a range with the stock small supercharger and the upgrade people are switching too. I am sure this topic is on a LOT of Z06 minds ;0) THose liking 800 hp plus.

You can get to around 700 RWHP with bolt-ons and E85. Here's what I would do for good horsepower:
- Intake (makes 40-50 HP since the stock filter is restrictive)
- Pulley (about 20 HP)
- Ported blower (about 20 HP)
- Headers + x-pipe (about 30-40 HP)
- Ported TB (improves throttle response, not sure if you'll pick up HP)
- E85 (not sure, but it will give you a boost)


Say you make about 570ish to the wheels, with the bolt-ons, you'll make 690 without E85 (I don't know how much of a gain you get so I won't comment there).

your in cali like me and unless your cousin works at dmv in sac you have to worry about smog.... im lucky.


so in cali intake wont pass visual
headers wont pass visual.

that being said you can do
e85
tune
pulley sway
do the intake (just put oem one for smog)
port the blower
port the exahust manifolds like I did
