PFYC is pleased to announce we now have APR's C7 Corvette Z06 front wheel opening moldings (or spats for the technical term) in stock and waiting to be shipped out.
These APR Performance spats are identical to the GM units in size and shape, but are REAL CARBON FIBER and finished in a high gloss clear coat.
These are exact replacements fro the factory plastic ones that came with your Corvette Z06.
Sold as a pair.

If you are after the carbon fiber, this being a new non plastic piece seems like a fair price for the quality. The Carbon Flash, not so much (IMO). These are just the plastic GM parts painted in Carbon Flash.

If you are referring to the spats, this is not correct.
The OEM versions are secured with very sticky 3M tape. You will likely also have to remove the front wheels to have enough room to install them.
It will take you a while to remove the factory ones, then you should remove the residual tape on the inside of the fender, and then re-tape these.
Plus the carbon fiber will not have nearly as much flex as the OEM spats.
Realistically I'd budget 3-4 hours for a DIY install. Professionals experienced in doing this thing can probably do it in 1-2.
