Default Pictures of my 20" drag radials

Still need to buy a pair of wheels - if I can get them for the $700 a side I see listed at one dealership that's cheaper than most of the used ones, but we shall see.

These are the Mickey Thompson ET Streets. Not much sidewall of course but I wanted the exact same size as stock and the stock wheel, so this is currently your only choice.

Where did you get them from???

I have been following them on Jegs and they keep pushing back the date to ship.

Let us know if they mount ok. I had to send another pair of 20's back recently.

Me too. I was starting to think they weren't going to be out this year.

OP please provide some feedback when you test them out.

Mine came via Summit, but after six months of "every month they get pushed back a month". I actually thought releasing the part number was just a way of gauging the market by how many backorders they got, but they eventually made them.

I have no idea what the sidewalls are like on these; I wouldn't replace Cup2s with them and turn corners, anyway - they're a drag tire.

It's cold and rainy here now (Seattle) so it'll be spring before I know for sure, but I'll get them on before that. Whether I learn much on cold asphalt I don't know. When I do, I'll surely report!

I do know that I ran DRs on my C6Z almost since new, and when I put back the factory originals just ahead of tradein I was -amazed- at how little traction the car had with the street tires, like night and day. So I have some high hopes.

I've seen them for $500 a piece, I may have to get an extra set of rear wheels and slap these bad boys on.

I'm going to try a few runs on regular MSC2s in the spring and then probably get a set. Struggling with whether I downsize to 19 inch wheels with a taller tire.

These are what I've been waiting for. My dealer said I could buy another set of rims at their employee cost. It has to run thru a service techs name to get the discount. I remember each rim was less than $300.00. I've been waiting for someone to start making this tire.

Can you let us know the tire size please?

The chrome rims at $1075 a shot, down to about $700 at GMPartsDirect but then you have to ship them.

If anyone has a lead on cheaper chrome rear wheels, by all means let me know!

That's awesome!!!! I don't see that size listed on their site though.. Is this brand spanking new that even their site doesn't list it?

I guess the question I'd have is, if your going to buy a separate set of rear wheels, why buy the 20" ers? Many aftermarket wheels are available in 18" sizes that even clear the CCB's. The selection of styles and brands of drag radials is amazing in 18" and cheaper too. So you could just buy 18" wheels and dedicate them and the drag radials for ~ let's say ~ Drag racing, and use your stock 20/19's for your street tires. Just a thought.

What are some "good looking" silver or chrome wheels in 18" dia. with the correct offset that clear the stock Z06 brakes. I like the cup wheels above as an example. Hell I could be temped to go 18's all the way around. Also does the OEM front 19" have the right offset to run on the rear.

I have the rear drags on my site. 18x10.5 that clear
