One year with Z06
A year ago today I picked up my WGG/black Z06 coupe from Kerbeck. I have 5600 miles on it as of today. There has been two oil changes done so far. As for changes to the car since I bought here is the list in no specific order:
Weather tech mats for front and cargo area
Carbon flash painted spats and splitter
Full length rocker panels
B&B Fusion exhaust
Showstoppers engine compartment bling
Hawk CP brake pads
Transparent roof panel
Tinted windows
The car is a 2LZ auto with NAV/PDR, standard seats, and spectra grey wheels. I've made three long road trips with the car so far. The initial drive home from Kerbeck, a trip to Sumter, SC, and most recently a trip to Tennessee. The car performed flawlessly on all of the trips and was a pleasure to drive. Getting close to 29MPG highway is a bonus as well. This is our 7th Vette and we bought it to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary (30 Oct).

Comparison?
How does the Z06 compare to the F430 you had?

Less maintenance and definitely less expensive to own also a lot quicker and easier to drive. The F430 was a fun car but there is a stigma in the F car community about high miles and it shows in resale values. I put 5K miles on it in two years and it would have been more had it not had shop time (water pump and clutch issues). I traded it in on a 2016 Jaguar F Type and then bought the Z06 a few months later. Now I have two great cars with a warranty and dealerships that are not 6 hours away.
Just the axle back. I'm going to pretty much leave this one alone. My C6 is the one that got all of the mods.
A friend of mine has a WGG GS with black wheels also in Niceville so you may have seen that one as well. What are you driving?
