The problem with black and red is they will show the chips on the side more. Light reflects off the edges of the chips in the clear coat and looks like white spots in the paint. If you use a polish that leaves a white residue it will gather in the chips and make them more noticeable. If you want a car that doesn't show the chips and really doesn't show dirt well you want a white car. The neat thing about white is as it gets dirty it just changes color. Luckily, the C7 is the first Vette since the C4 that looks good in white. The C5 and C6 sucked in white.
The LaGuna blue won't show the chips as well either.

Beautiful cars! I have a Torch Red Z on order / TPW of 25-29 Jan. Considered AW, but ultimately decided to go with TR as I thought it would be cool to have another vette the same color as my 2010 GS which I intend to keep forever.
