I still haven't gotten a reply on the C7 general discussion forum. You would think if Oracle has sold a TON of these, someone would have replied

It's cus they haven't sold a ton of these. These are a brand new design and from what I was told, a first batch run of these. According to the lady up at Oracle. Who freaking knows anymore.

I know all of the forum vendors are on it and support and take care of us, but Oracle as far as I'm concerned dropped it on this one. It's day 3 now and still no return call from Oracle. I can bet you 2016 will go by and they won't even call me, but I'll keep track just for ***** and giggles.

There is a lot of excitement for these LED lights. As you can see on this thread and others the fitment is suboptimal with the lamps not snapping in place or fitting flush with the car. I would love to order a set but only if Oracle can demonstrate they have fixed the problem. It would seem they have a problem communicating with their customers too and do not seem interested in fixing this design flaw. Can you help? If a vendor asked them to fix this issue, they may listen and in turn you would have more sales.

Just my 2 cents after reading about this issue.

I'd love a set, just two things holding me back:

a) Make sure the fitment is right obviously
b) Pictures so I understand the various finishes available - apparently there are choices
