Default Here comes the Z06 at Geneva Auto Show

The Z06 maybe some of us wanted initially...a naturally aspirated one.

Here comes C7 Grand Sport...

Interesting for sure, but it looks close enough to a Z06. I guess we'll find out soon. Did anyone else notice the light blue interior though?

Looks like lighting from above to me.

When is this from? Shark Grey has been discontinued, so I would think this is the Z06 launch from 2014

But according to Corvette Racing’s Oliver Gavin, who also serves as a Chevrolet ambassador in Europe, a Corvette Grand Sport model will be making its world premiere at the Geneva Motor Show on March 1.

Good odds it's something other than the Z06 we all know and love.

Not the lighting. The blue tracks the area of the dash that is normally the contrasting color that wraps around the instrument cluster. That is certainly a blue interior.

They've also got soooo much invested in this C7 platform that they are likely to keep coming out with different iterations and models for some time to come. As soon as sales tick down a notch, they've got the next big thing ready to feed us.

That may not be shark grey. They discontinued SG probably only to replace it with another dark grey color of some sort. SG was popular enough for them to not leave the color out entirely. If they took out the slight bronze tint that SG has, they could have another very popular color on their hands. Maybe something that goes a bit better with a blue interior

Most likely a base vette with Z06 body. Same ol LT1 in the stingray, probably no Z07 stuff like stage 3 aero or CC brakes.........would make a nice seller because there is definitely a market for it.

Most likely a stage 2 Z06 with a base Stingray's LT1 engine. Same as a stage 2 Z06 but with 190 less horsepower and 75-80 pounds lighter than the Z06.

wish someone would lighten that pic, curious if it has the rear break ducts. wonder if CC brakes will be optional.
