Default Aero Package--- Do not worry

Hey guys I made a trip to a Chevy Dealership and they had two white Z06's one had no Aero Package and the one next to it had the Aero 3 Package. I looked at it all the way around comparing the hight and how long the front aero piece is and to my observation the side skirts of the Aero 3 have the same ground clearance as the none areo. The Front air splitter is the same ground clearance but it is just a little longer forward then the none aero but I don't belive it would make mutch of a difference. So to conclude buy what you think looks the best for you and if the wallet permits don't worry about the ground clearance. Now what do you guys think about it.

That front splitter, being a little longer forward, make a big difference on curbs and inclines.

The good thing is that the length preside from the middle or the splitter not the bottom of it.

You can load our configurator and togle between the stages, spin the car and see the impact.

What are your side skirts made of, and how much does each weigh?
Thanks!

As the owner of a stage 3 Z06 (Z07), as well as the previous owner of a 2014 Stingray with NO front splitter, I can tell you there is no big difference on curbs and inclines. In fact, I never scrape even the air dams on the Z06, whereas in my Stingray (Z51) I scraped them all the time. And I haven't even mentioned the front cameras, which nullify any issue (perceived or real) with parking.

Under 4 pounds. But consider The Acs rocker completely covers the painted portion of the car, where the oem ones are half coverage.

Exterior or visible portion is identical.

Exactly. Most of the guys here who complain about it don't even have a stage 3. It's some odd type of buyers remorse I think.

Once again. Lowered Z07. Crappy NYC roads. ~24k miles. Zero problems.

After driving a Stage 3 for 16 months, I don't think I have ever scraped the splitter. The air dam? Yes once a day at least. I will admit that I am cautious about driving over some people's driveway culverts with large dips in them.

Our rockers are either made of RTM, Resin transfer modling or Carbon fiber.
