C7 Z06 Main Cat Delete Kit

Is this for power or sound? Has anyone done a dyno test? Normally on blower motors the exhaust isn't as critical, and it seems like a good system from the factory.
I'm probably the only one, but I like cats because I don't like the raw fuel smell. I have four cats on my '69 Camaro! But you can stand next to it and not smell for the rest of the day...

i did. one customer i did corsa/and cut his cat out. Gained 18 hp at wheels. He ended up buying headers from me and put it back on. 3 hp more. The oem manifolds flow great the main restriction is oem cat and x pipe which i showed pics of on another post i made.
I just like doing stuff a littel different. If i can gain almost same hp as headers and save over 1200 with labor im all for it

Tony,
The car sounds wicked bad azz! I will probably end up going this route as I need MORE sound out of this bad boy and don't want to pay the crazy corvette Z06 tax for aftermarket cat back system.
I recently installed the Corsa xtreme x-pipe you sold me with the rear cat deletes and that improved on the sound (especially in the higher rpm band) but still not enough bad azz enough race car SOUND for me throughout the entire rpm band.
2 Questions:
-Will this new main cat delete cause interior drone and if yes how much?
and
-What is the long term solution so that the car does not throw check engine lights with the main cats deleted?
Thanks man, and keep up the great work!

Interested to see pic of the actual product. Definitely need to include a plug and play sim. I had my sim with OEM connectors to tap in between the stock o2 connectors. I had this done for my ISF with headers. An extra 100 bucks increase for a plug and play solution will help you sell more actually.

drone is if they are open and liek 1600 in 8th. but ive notice if the baffles close then car is perfectly fine and when you get on it it opens up and just roars. THing sounds really good.
As for the check engine light im monitoring that now. I put 80 miles on the car and nothing yet. My gauge on the dash clears the light in 5 seconds but im leaving the 02 simulator up to the owners. The last thing i want to do is sell a 02 sim and someone will say it shorted something out and then i get mixed up in it.
For me 5 seconds with my custom gauge to clear it every couple hundred miles is fine.
