Default NORCAL SS C7 Z06 Main Cat Delete Kit

MY CAT DELETE KIT FITS
BOTH STICK SHIFT AND AUTOS

INDEPENDENT DYNO RESULTS
DYNO

The OEM manifolds flow well on the z06 but the kinks in the system are the main cat pipes inlet/catalytic converters and also the mid pipe.

In stock ready to ship
$739 shipped to the lower 48 states
3" stainless steel
FULL 304 STAINLESS WILL NOT RUST LIKE OTHER CAT DELETE KITS OUT THERE!!
Bolt in deal
Replaces oem pipes from manifold exit to midpipe entry
Pipes are farther away from oil cooler/lines to keep temps lower
Ceramic coating is optional

OFF ROAD USE ONLY

I can set you up with a paypal bill or you can shoot me a paypal payment tony@tbssowners.com

I can also offer a bolra mid pipe to make it a bolt in deal which is $450 shipped. On a customers car where I deleted the main and rear cats was a solid 18 rwhp gain/21 tq.

On a z06 NO TUNE long tubes headers make about 20 rwhp the gains you see come from tuning which voids the warranty. So you can do my cat delete kit and since your not touching the tune at all (and I've had yet to hear a car blowing a engine up due to taking off the cats) its no biggie because you can swap back.

Oh and be prepared to have a race car sound in track mode. It will be loud but due to keeping stock mufflers with valves closed will be perfectly fine and mild.

Note IF YOUR NOT TUNING YOUR CAR YOU WILL NEED 2 BIG DADDIES GARAGE 90 DEGREE 02 SIMULSTORS FOR BOTH 02 SENSORS THAT ARE AFTER THE MAIN CATS. THIS WILL PREVENT A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT

VIDEO OF IT IN ACTION

INSTALL (I highly recommend getting the corsa x pipe at same time which I can set up)
1.Disconnect battery
2.Remove tunnel brace
3.remove X-pipe
4. Unbolt engine mounts from cradle
5. Support engine
6. Lift engine
7. Unbolt cradle (6bolts)
8. Remove bolts from flange
9. Install off-road pipes

If you dint want to lift engine you can remove the studs that are on manifolds and replace with these

  • $699 plus shipping

Check engine light will come on but car will run fine. They sell cat simulators online so you can try those to take it off

I will also offer a corsa mid pipe to make it a bolt in deal which is $539 shipped. On a customers car where I deleted the main and rear cats was a solid 15-18 rwhp gain across the board with no tune. Also since the pipes stay away from the oil/cooler lines and you can get the pipes coated it will keep temps lower.

Very easy install which will save hundreds on labor vs doing a long tube kit. On a z06 NO TUNE long tubes headers make about 20 rwhp the gains you see come from tuning which voids the warranty. So you can do my cat delete kit and since your not touching the tune at all (and I've had yet to hear a car blowing a engine up due to taking off the cats) its no biggie because you can swap back easy...where as headers you will be spending hours.

Oh and be prepared to have a race car sound in track mode. It will be loud but due to keeping stock mufflers with valves closed will be perfectly fine and mild

Right now its about 3-4 weeks out after I give the green light so if your interested just post up and I will add you to the list

You should test and sell those "cat sims" with it. If they work, that is.

The pre production set I got was not lining up. Before it gets made I want to be sure no issues. I'm having 50 made and I don't want people to have bad units. Sorry but my ocd is major.

Interested to see pic of the actual product. Definitely need to include a plug and play sim. I had my sim with OEM connectors to tap in between the stock o2 connectors. I had this done for my ISF with headers. An extra 100 bucks increase for a plug and play solution will help you sell more actually.
