It doesn't look like anyone had tried it. My concern is the cooler looks too small to have any impact at the track. I would go at least twice the size since there is space vertically but that would requires a different duct.

iv had this installed for about year now! but i dot track my car just 1/4 race it and street race it....i live in LA so it gets pretty hot here and oil temps compared to before when it was stock is a big difference.....definitely runs much cooler, but dont know how it'll do on the track since i have never road raced this car. best i can describe is before during summer my oil temps would go near and even sometimes over 200 in just stop and go traffic with some wot pulls...now i nvr look at my oil gauge no need to anymore and it also took a big load off my radiator my act r cooler as well...hope that helps

The car is designed by GM to run at about oil temps of 194dF iirc, so oil temps of 200 are completely normal in stop/go traffic.

Have one of these on order will report back.

driving at track cold day 60 degree

stock radiator with aux and 160 therm.

oil getting to high 260-270 after some hot laps.

have added now . 70mm race Dewitt’s cooler, Dewitt’s aux cooler, fan . New cordes hx , dedicated hx pump. Bigger underhood tank. (1.5 fasterproms to 2g dedicated)

oil cooler on order. Will chime back with install photos and results next track day. Seems to be only option to not put it in front of other coolers in the grill.
