Dealerships with Rear Castor Angle Gauge
I've called my local dealers and neither has the specialty tool for rear caster adjustment. I figured it might be helpful if we start a master list of which dealers actually have the tools to adjust rear caster.
If you've found a dealer with rear caster tools, please post their info here.

Well this is worth sharing. I approached the service manager at Rick Hendrick in Naples. Super nice guy. Explained about rear caster on the Z and that special tools are needed. When he heard he didn't have them, he called his corvette tech Craig and instructed him to order them pronto. Said its a no brainer they should have them.
So I'm going back in a week or so for an alignment check.
Anyone who has a local dealer without the tools, explain the situation to your service manager. You may be pleasantly surprised.

I've found that even if they have the tools they may not use them. My rear castor isn't what i asked them to set it to but at least its symmetric on either side.
