Default DSC Sport Tuned Suspension

This is a pretty long thread to read every post...I'm hoping though that someone can chime in for me about; Has anyone installed the DSC V2 controller in their Zo6? It replaces the factory suspension tuning settings & computer for magnetic ride shocks. It effects a bunch more things than stock ( http://www.dscsport.com/corvette/ ) (
)

I'm really curious to know of someone that has gotten good & consistent w/their current setup & has seen any difference using it.

^^^Not the thread for that. There are a number of DSC posts in the Z06 section discussing it though. For what it is worth, I do have the controller and RT shocks on my car.

-Track: COTA
-Layout: Full
-Transmission Type: A8
-Driving Mode/Settings: PTM 2
-Aero Package/Option Package/Setup: non-Z07, stage 3 rear spoiler, stage 2 side skirts and splitter
-Tires: SC2s

-Best Time of the day/Session achieved: (1) 2:26:39 (morning); (2) 2:26:32 (afternoon)

Flat tire at conclusion of afternoon session ended the day. A few mistakes and a little traffic in afternoon session otherwise would have been in the 2:25s.

There are a few choices. I run with 2 of them...

JRP is not bad, they run from 9am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch break. Two groups (A and B)... based on speed/experience. Each group runs 1/2 sessions so you get about 6 or 7 30 minute sessions. The morning can be a bit iffy depending on how many newbies show up that day... I usually sit out the first session to let them clear the bad drivers out... rest of the day is okay.

6th Gear is the premiere run group... most expensive but best by far. Run 9am to 12 and 1:30 to 5pm. Lunch is fully catered meal (excellent)... they also do a breakfast and a late BBQ after 5pm. The sessions are open, no time limits so run as much and long as you want. They don't allow inexperienced drivers and they usually get a good mix of high end cars and some race cars as well.

Contact info for both groups can be found on the Mosport website... under the calendar page. Remember there are 3 tracks: Kart track, DDT (driver development track) and the GP (Grand Prix) track. You'll want the Grand Prix track.
