Default Wheel fitment issue / Rear Bolt

So I recently put on my new drag wheels. They are 18x12 repros and 345x35x18 Mickey Thompson ET S/S drag radials.

In the back of our wheel well we have a bolt that holds our carpet in. Has anyone's come loose ? Mine did and is eating through my new DRs.....

I know have a new tread pattern. The other side has plenty of clearance. This side however due to the bolt has decided to rub...

I am lowered on the stock bolts..

Has anyone had this issue or heard of that bolt coming loose ?

I drove the car home from the tire place. About 30 miles with no issues. Took it out a week later and made it 2 miles before I heard it rubbing. The pics are hard to see the issue.

Hard to see but it's touching the tire

Not the actual liner but the rear bolt that holds it in.

Mine is 345/30/20, which is much thicker than 345/35/18lowered in stock bolts. Rubs over bumps but I don't think it is any where near the bolts. I'll check my liner tomorrow.

If the bolt is loose and hitting the tire, why can't you just remove it, apply some blue Loctite and tighten?

That's what I am going to do but it already ruined the new tire...

How far into the tire did the bolt wear?

The MT345 tire is tall at an inch over the OEM one and it will rub a little back there esp when the wheels camber on the launch. It sounds like that bolt might not have been in all the way and caught it. I ran these for awhile and loved the look but the Hooiser 335 performs better for my setup so I switched.
