Work continues through the end of the year. Buildings are almost 100% painted, fence is going up around the property, drywall framing is continuing inside with power to be hooked up next week!

Looking good, Anthony. I'm planning on bringing my ZR1 down this Spring having you guys get it ready for me to take to the Big Bend Open Road race in April.

Very nice! Will you guys be selling memberships to the track and if so do you have a link? Thanks in advance for any information.

Hi Guys,
Looks like we will have a presentation at the New LG Buildings about our new LG Motorsports Park on Jan 28th. You will get to hear all about it if you come by. I already have purchased the 161 acres of land for the track. - Current value around $5 million without the buildings.
We are working away on completing the building project asap.
Doors and windows will arrive in about 3 weeks, then we can make it into a real building with proper entries.
The wrought Iron fence will go around Building #1 with 2 electric gates. That will give my dogs a place to run.
The elevator will be delivered mid January also. This will allow the inventory to be stored on the 15,000 sf second floor.
We have a total of 3 full acres of Concrete Parking so we can have some great Car shows and Dyno Days there.
We are on the home stretch now. We hope to be moving in during March.
Long process but it is coming together well.
Thanks
Lou Gigliotti

Had a small get together for the announcement of LG Motorsports Park over the weekend.
Progress is still moving along on the building with power and lights going up now, the floors have been coated, walls moving along as well as plumbing! Still have interior walls, painting, windows, doors.....to go but it is taking shape quite nicely. Great weekend to open the shop to the public during construction.

Not just a new building for your business but a complete motorsports complex....wow, just wow. I know how much work a new building project takes and this is 10 times more than that.
Nicely done LG

Is the second picture the home for a new drive on lift for those low riders? They are nice a shop near us just put one in. To bad you guys are 25 hours away from Syracuse.
I will guess property taxes in upstate NY on just the one building you are using would be 50k to 75k per year. I bet your not even close to that so you can charge reasonable prices. First class operation,Congrats
Any new news on the suspension alignment blocks for the C7?
