Killer times!! I asked how much was total to run this time. Looking at probably 30000 to 35000 dollars. Adds up fast

I have a hard time understanding why someone or another has to bring up "what this costs" when a ProCharged car runs a fast time.

Anyways, congrats to AMP, I'm sure the car has more in it!

This car is sick. Anyone in dfw needs to check it out at their shop. The owners are awesome.

Great run!! The stock A8 still getting busy! Definitely sounded like 4th gear was non-existent.

Because there are other ways to run in the 8s and it's interesting to know what this costs relative to that. I'm curious. If it's not offensive, I'm happy when that question is asked and answered.

Plus a lot of us probably see a video like this and wonder "Should I do that to my car?" and knowing it costs $3,000 or $30,000 helps answer that pretty quickly!

Video is missing, btw, at least on my machine.

That package is $31,500, maybe $5,000 for the 15" converson, $5,000? for the drag pack, so say $45,000 roughly? The cars are only gonna get faster once they get more testing done. I'm really excited to see what's in the C7's future for sure! Mid 8's @160+ with an A8 would be stupid awesome!

Its expensive to duplicate this car. That's why we bought a car to build the package on, we had to show its potential using our own wallet as opposed to customers.
It has every bit of a 8.80@160 in it with the current build. We ran out of time in our track rental yesterday to make any more passes. This car made 13 passes yesterday without any parts failures. It had never been down the race track before yesterday morning at 11 am. At 11:12am yesterday it went 9.23@148 on it first full pass.

Thats a pretty close estimate. It also has a set of Carbon Tecnocraft seats so tack on another $5,000 ish.
