I have a 2016 ZO6 convertible 3LZ. Does it come with Apple car play?
If yes please help. I can find nothing in the Owner's or Infotainment
Manuals on how to install. Please help.

Does the main page of your Infotainment screen have an icon that reads "Projection"? If so, you have CarPlay. Connect your iPhone up via USB and you should see a blue bar across the top of its screen. The "Projection" icon will turn into something that says "CarPlay". Press that and you'll see a representation of your iPhone's home screen.

FWIW: CarPlay can not be done via Bluetooth. Only via a direct connection.

It does. The key is that the iPhone needs to be connected by an iPhone charger/usb cable. So you end up with the iPhone in the cubby or the console. Not a great situation imho. So I never use it. Also I love Google Maps and you only get iMaps not the Google App you have in the iPhone. I forget what else you get, but nothing I need or use. So once you try it and get those 6 Apple Play icons on the screen, you have pretty much finished the appeal of Apple Car Play imho.

Any of the 3. Behind the Nav Screen is one and two are in the console.

Yes, you need the white iPhone to usb cord you use to charge your iPhone, iPod or iPad and it must be hard wired into the one of the usb ports to work. Everything else, telephone, Pandora etc work by BT. But not Apple Car Play.

Interestingly enough: If you're a Slacker subscriber (vs Pandora), it does work via CarPlay. As soon as CarPlay starts, a Slacker icon appears on the screen. And that's just cool (I hate Pandora).
