You don't buy a new corvette worrying about resale.

Just grab it and enjoy the hell out of it.

The A8 might be the only thing that would hold me back but $25k off sounds like a great deal. If it has what you want, jump on it!

Play with the paddles, it will grow on you. I now have automatics in all of the toys and they are a better mouse trap. Heel and toe is still and always will be more engaging, but realistically, resale is better with the automatic and the market for it is larger. I still miss the stick shift, but after driving in twisties with the mini I have finally accepted that it is a better and faster system.

was in same boat. 20% off 2016 3LZ. Never owned an auto vette. Wasn't sure I'd like the A8.

500 miles later -- Love it!

Hope you jumped on it. If you research it, you'll realize that you are buying a new car for less than what used ones are listed for. Search Ebay Completed auctions and you'll see its also close to what they sell for (and who knows the stories behind the used ones).

At the most the only loss you will take is sales tax if your state has it.

I have gone through all my 'toys' with sticks, Viper, Supra, Cobra, etc... but when I got my first late model GM Auto I was hooked. Maybe cause I drive daily and clutch pumping on so. cal FWY's is a drag. But either way, love my current A8 Z so its def just personal

Cant wait to see pics of the car you bought!
