It is with great pain to announce that the 2nd Great Hibernation has officially started today, 1 day before we are expected to get 4" - 6" of snow!!!!!

See you in the Spring

I called Geico today, they moved the Vette to their storage protection plan, saving me $100 a month

One of my tenants moved out and I've been busting my a$$ getting the apartment ready for the new people.

And of course next week is month end reporting so I'll be on lockdown
