New Z06 full untreated tank stored/Winter
Dealer filled tank with 93 octane and didn't put in stabilizer. Now car is stored for winter till probably April. any advise , I know gas goes bad fairly quick.

If your car is stored inside a garage, whether heated or not, you should have no problems. Your car has a non metallic fuel tank so there's really no moisture issues and your gasoline will not go bad within 4-6 months.

Melting Slicks
I do that every year untreated. I just throw the batter tender on it and shes all set for spring. Good Luck!

Should be no issue, just take it easy on the first tank of gas, some of those octanes have probably escaped.

Actually, today's gas with the "10%" ethanol is the bad part. The good part is Today's fuel tanks/system compared to old.

I have seen stuff sit for 3-4 years and fire right up...makes me wonder if the whole Stabil angle is a bunch of marketing genius...that said, I do put copious amounts of Stabil in the fuel tank on my boat...F250 Yamahas/outboards in general aren't cheap to fix.
Anyway, for the winter months you'll be just fine...

The issue comes when the gas when it starts to sludge up. That is when it can plug small orifices in the fuel system. I don't know how many times I have seen people store their lawnmower for the winter without running the engine dry of fuel and then wondering why it won't start the next spring. Those people usually end up rebuilding the carb to get it running again. The Owner's Manual on my John Deere Lawn Tractor instructed me to use Fuel Stabilizer in the tank all of the time due to the irregularity of running the engine.
I doubt the lack of a stabilizer will be an issue before you start the car in April. When I winterized my boat I used to add Stabil and a can of Dry Gas to handle moisture then once I got the boat back to where I was prepping the engine I ran the engine until treated fuel had run through the carb and shut the engine off. Doing that prevents the fuel from sludging for up to a year.

I have had my vettes in an unheated garage over winter the past 11 years. I fill it with gas late fall and park it. And I don't use any additive in the gas. Never have had any issue in doing this.
