2015 Z06 hesitates on upshift in M Manual Mode Automatic.
Can anything be done to remedy that?

Nope, nothing will remedy it. It's not a dual clutch trans that can pre-load gears therefore gear changes that are not known by the computer (Auto mode) take a long time, (the shift itself is very fast, but the time it takes to shift is not). Very annoying and it's the reason I won't buy an Auto.

Does it hesitate when you have the gas pedal to the floor or only when shifting at part throttle? If it only hesitates when your are shifting at anything other than wide open then that might be because part throttle shifts indicate the driver isn't serious about performance at that point.
