Default C7 with future active aero?

Interesting read, just found an article on Motor trend that GM has a patent for active aero on the Corvette. Do you guys think it'll happen on the C7 or ME or C8?

If you look at it from the front you will see it flaps up and down like a bird!

In one of the pictures of the C7ZR1 the front is two inches lower to the ground but the rear is normal ride height. "It may be brake dive" I wonder if the camaro ZL1L1E adjustable spoolvalves carryover. Wonder if the ride height adjustments will be electronically controlled vs manually like the ZL1L1E? I hope the wing is auto adjustable from speed brake to no drag via the PCM.

Wonder what will be left of the claims after the examiner rips it apart and removes prior art? Unless this patent gets into details or improvements, there is nothing new or patentable to these concepts.
