It's comical how even though I barely post here anymore that I've gotten into that tiny, damaged little brain of yours and you're posting like a lost little puppy dog looking for attention.

But, Your point of view in regards to The Ring has brought about the why thought process! I've realized that there are ways that a track car could be validated well, but, none have that street car lonely hill run feel. Done that!
Yep, Rings, and 0-60s, are exclusively potentially street legal. IE A 1/4 Mile NSM! Yes, guys here have berated 0-60s too!

Sincerely, The Troll Master
(thanks for your opinions)!

BS? Fact! The new Z06 has a cooling problem. That's a FACT. So Tadge says GM had bad weather. So GM could not go back to the ring? That story is PR bullshit. Every other manufacturer gets a time for their sports car, but poor old GM can't because of weather. Funny how the C6 ZR1 got a time. And the C6 Z06 AND C5 Z06 got a time. And how many times has the new ZR1 been at the ring? Yep, more than ONCE.

C6 Z06 even went back to the ring for a second improved session to show off newer tech and tires. IIRC so did the C6 ZR1.

C7 platform is about to enter year 5 of production with no Ring time for any of their 3 models.

Maybe if it got a good lap time (at least sub 7 min), they'll have an excuse to jack up the price of the "ZR1". If not, maybe they won't publish the time, & make the new nose & wing an option package on the Z06 instead.

Yeah, not so good.
If GM is publishing or bragging about the Camaro's times, then they better frickin' do the same with their Sportscar.

The NIO took the outside line around the Carousel. Interesting

The NIO looks low enough to scrape the bottom on the lip where the concrete ends. Maybe the concrete is too rough. The driver seemed to keep off the kerbs too. The "ZR1" test cars were scraping the splitters going in.

Yeah... He's definitely the most annoying troll I have ever seen in my 20 years of forum participation. (many different forums).

I've gotta find/activate the ignore option here.

I am starting to wonder if even the ZR1 will see an official ring time. With the C8 so close they may not even bother. Of course we would see all the PR spin about how they could not get track time, bad weather and other excuses.
