So you can buy it online and then take it to a local shop for installation and tuning? Im assuming the check engine light wont come on and you will still be able to use the different "Modes" (Sport,Track, Etc) in the car?

They are designed to not need a tune.
It's a brand new part, so history has not proved that claim...
Yes, you would be able to use all the NPP functions.

If you install an intake or other free flowing mods then probably best to check your fuel mixture. If too lean you will go into COT protection and lose power. Only safe way to run the catless pipes is with a tune. Again not sure about the catted pipes.
Not sure what to tell you about installation. Best to do it yourself if you have a way of lifting the car high enough and the proper tools.
