I agree about the front end/bumper. The photo's look like the fenders extend further at the top (could be just the camo wrapped over spats) and define a much greater angled and larger vent. Given all that being true a retro-swap would probably require both bumper and fender replacement. The other thing that has me puzzled (doesn't take much) is that supercharged cars don't (in my experience) produce flames at the exhaust tip but turbocharged cars very commonly do. But turbocharged cars don't commonly "whine" like the sound I hear on the recording.

I vote for turbos in the valley!

(Oil scavange pump, and larger DI pump combo!)

I know some guys would like the elaborate track wing on a street car coasting 30 MPH through commuter traffic, but I think the lower wing would be great for non-track driving.
Still surprised they didn't further differentiate the lower rear fascia with a diffuser.

I thought the supercharger whine was obvious. Turbos are much higher pitched, more like a whistle.
There's a huge difference between a whine and a whistle, whether it's forced induction, or women.

I agree. Perhaps twin turbo.

Drifting
Based on the look of this rear wing vs. the other higher and more elaborate rear wing, I wonder if GM is going to offer various aero similar to the Stage 2 or Stage 3. What would be nice is if the track wing could be removed and a street wing could be installed providing the best of both worlds.

Your Viper?
If you look at the "other brand", they have a low wing version and the "extreme" - higher, bigger wing. The low wing blocks your rear vision significantly, but the extreme wing is up out of the field of view. As far as swapping wings, not hard to do, but at $12K for the wing (other brand), it's a bit pricy. LOL By the way, the "low wing" version did not sell very well. For the track rat types that bought the car, it was "go big or go home".

A low slung version is it! Bigger and a matching splitter. Amazingly, the big nostrils in the Vette actually seems to have simplified things!

Agree about the cooling mods not going to be easy. But all the current 'solutions' are well over $5k! Lol

Better off making a super luxurious high-powered variant with chrome wheels and curb feelers for most of this forum instead.

Before I bought my C7, I had a 5th gen ZL1 and from outside of the car (from spectator position) you could really hear the supercharger whine and sounded very similar to this. I'm at the track frequently and see all sorts of cars out there with all sorts of configurations and nothing here points to turbocharger to me. Also for the record my supercharged ZL1 shot flames at the track, granted it wasn't OEM exhaust.
