Default Best deal on 2018 GS or Z06

One of the Forum dealers is offering 11% off a 2018 order. Does anyone know of a dealership that's offering a better deal than that right now?

I've seen that offer for a 2017, but not an 18. That would be several thousand under invoice. These offers are usually supported by factory incentives either to the dealer or customer, and since the factory is shutting down production for 3 months around Aug, I wouldn't think they would be throwing below invoice deals on the first 18s' built in July.

I just ordered an 18 Z06 for a few hundred over invoice which figures out to be around 6-7% off msrp. If there are any rebates or private offers when car arrives the end of July or beginning of Aug, I will get those. Museum members also qualify for supplier pricing until the end of the year which is about the same as the deal I got.

Which Forum dealer is offering the 11% off?

I can't find that on their site, but if they are giving it I would get the order placed. It's a great deal on an 18, and if you don't order now you won't have it until the end of the year, meaning you miss out on anywhere from 3 to 8 months of driving pleasure depending where you live. Best of luck on what you decide.

11% is what I got on my 2018 GS from MacMulkin.
June 12th is the last order day for production before the 3 month break, so there are really just two more order cycles, starting May 23 & June 4 until probably mid to late September.
If inventories drop significantly during that period, second half 2018 C7 production cars could be significantly more expensive than the 11-14% off we are seeing now for 2017's.

I don't think there will be much of a price increase for the 2018 models. Demand is down and inventories are bloated. They desperately need a new model.

Desperately need a new model? TROLLish statement for sure.

There are always a lot of in stock Vettes to choose from with heavy discounts from the sticker price, no big deal and nothing really out of the ordinary.

I am still grinning from getting approximately 22% off my 2016 Z06/Z07, sticker was 109k, bought it for 85k, damn good deal.

If they did not NEED a new model they would not be working on a ZR1.

Oh, OK.

So guys who are looking at C7 Coupes will opt for a ZR1 at nearly double the price because it is a "new model". I get it now.

Not trollish at all, they are flooding the market with cars and demand has plummeted as it always does later in the current cycle. As soon as they start production back up again they will push thousands more into inventories. GM doesn't care about used car prices they need to sell more cars, as vette inventory just hit a super high level even with record incentives.

My guess is we will see 20-25% off again this year on 17's and 15-18% off on 18's.

I bought mine for the best deal I could find anywhere.

Apr 20, I bought my 2017 Z06 M7 1LT w/ Z07 for 78k.
Even though its 1LT, it came with all the goodies except for the front camera and the cooled seats :/
I would have bought a 2LT if they had it in the color I wanted.

In any case, I was stoked.

Once you filter out the a$$ holes condemning your choice of wheels, choice of color, or anything else they know everything about, the good info here is endless. I made a deal on an order for a 2006 vert in 05 @ $200 over invoice, went in to finalize & found dealer was closed due to power outage. I got on the Forum & found an employee giving friend & family certificates, saved me another 6 or 7 hundred dollars. In 09 I ordered a 10 GS vert & was able to track production all thru the process using the Forum. Made a deal early in 2013 on a Z51 Stingray
for $800 over invoice. Scored a pop up $1000 certificate on the GM site, however it expired a few days before the car arrived in Sept. The Gen Manager made a call & got it honored. Fast forward to posting by KINGPIN. I found it hard to believe any dealer was discounting 2018s by 11%, but tried not to be offensive in my response. After L1Stingray confirmed same I emailed their dealer & got all details. My dealer had placed an order for a 2018 Z06 @ $6000 off for me, which I felt was fair. After forwarding the 11% email to my salesman he called and asked if I would accept 10% off?-no brainer for me. Again, filter out the a$$ holes and a lot of good info here. Thanks to KINGPIN & L1Stingray

as a first time vette buyer -
i thought i was buying a low mileage 2016 Z06 back in Chicago when I returned home from visiting Mom in law in Murfreesboro TN.
What the heck ...looked up local dealers on web thinking would give me something to do on Saturday and there is a 2LZ white, black racing stripe and red calipers with 10 miles on it - for 90,500 at 10% off plus another 2,900 (numbers from memory) so about 78,900- less than the preowned 2016 I get a brand new car. Emailed the dealer that night answered the first call that came in in the morning from Lebanon TN gave them my credit card
Showed up in in the covered carrier today
getting detailed and XPEL at Bill Kay Corvette !!!
looking forward to driving it now!
