The "Red Head" Build Thread...ASPIS "Rear Guards in Carbon Flash"
I tried to balance the look when I selected options to build my Z06 such as Carbon Fiber Dash, CF on Steering Wheel and Carbone Fiber on Competition Sport Seats. Next it was Chrome Wheels and Chrome Badge Package. Then was my thoughts on the Carbon Flash colored exterior components, Rear Fascia, Front Splitter and the Rocker Panels. To finish out the look I ordered ASC front and rear Carbon Flash Splash Guards. I installed all 4 pieces in less that 40 minutes, after watching posts as other members installed ASC splash guards. These splash guards are molded with the GM logo and they perfectly match the other Carbon Flash pieces. Shipping was super fast and free from Canada to South Florida in 2 days. They are pricey, but perfect in fit and finish.
ASC Carbon Flash Splash Guards, perfect fit and match 15 min install tops for each.
ASC Carbon Flash Rear Splash Guards, simple to install 5 minutes tops - wow!

I ordered the cheaper, but solid, body colored front and rear splash guards from RPI Designs.

looking from the rear corner, doesn't the front tire extend outside the guard, if so, you are still exposing the rear quarters. PFP is the only solution, the guards will still help, but does not solve the rock chip issues!!!!!!!!!

The "Red Head" gets her second mod
I really disliked the view past those awesome exhaust tips, so I added the exhaust filler panel in flat black to block out the weld spatter and discoloring. Pricey at $119, but it works well!
Filler mod nicely hids mufflers with weld spatter and discoloring

MJ, I have merged your two threads together. Better to make this a Build Thread than to start individual threads for each mod.
When you do more mods, add it to this thread. If you want, send me a PM and I'll be happy to update this thread's title for you to reflect your latest mod.

The "Red Head gets a 3rd minor mod, this one covers up those "YELLOW" air bag warning stickers on the visors. They cost about $20. The "almost" cover the air bag sticker, so they're not perfect but they vastly improve the look and I think they will be removable in 50 years when someone does a full resoration to restore the car to NCRS specs.......... I will get the air bubble out..didn't see that before.

The "Red Head" is getting a wrap & tint
Taking her in tomorrow (6/1/17), going to Auto Super Shield in Boca Raton. My neighbor used them on his Porsche and he was very pleased. They offer 3M, Expel and SunTek. They recommended the SunTek film. Better clarity, better adhesion and no orange peel. I haven't decided on tint. I'm also going to get the windshield done as the Florida sun really blasts in when its low in the sky. Huge number of cars they have done all shown in the Gallery, very high end stuff but a good number of Corvettes and Z06. I'll follow up about the experience and attach it to my mods post.

Window Tints:
Crystalline
If you are looking for the ultimate in high technology, superior clarity and performance with a premium look - then 3M Crystalline Automotive Window Film is for you. 3M Crystalline Automotive Window films feature a proprietary, multilayer optical film technology that combines over 200 layers in a film that is thinner than a Post-it Note. This unique technology is the reason a clear film can reject more heat than darker films, without changing your car's appearance.
Solar heat comes from two primary sources, the visible light you can see and the infrared light you can feel. Crystalline window films reject up to 97% of the sun's heat producing infrared light and block up to 60% of the heat coming through your windows. These industry-leading, spectrally-selective films are designed to keep you cool, comfortable and protected.
Designed to maintain the appearance of your car, crystalline films allow up to 90% of the light into your vehicle. Because these films are non-metallized, you can be assured of zero interference with your GPS or cell phone signals.
Ceramic Series
With the new 3M Ceramic Series films, we bring you the two virtues that are the most important: outstanding clarity and superior heat reduction. By using advanced ceramics and not traditional metals or dyes, our film retains its color and appearance over time. The 3M Ceramic Series films will look good not just the first year, but for years to come.
Solar heat comes from two primary sources, the visible light you can see and the infrared light you can feel. The Ceramic Series films reject up to 80% of the sun's heat-producing infrared light and 59% of the heat coming through your windows. These films also block 99% of harmful UV rays, helping to reduce fading and cracking on your interior. Ceramic Series films allow 30% to 50% of the light into your car.

This is getting old. Next you'll be posting your windshield washing schedule to the "red head". A Moderator already shut you down, warned you and combined your daily "mod" updates in new threads? Just too much.
Here it is in case you missed it:

In case you didn't read it closely here is the message the Moderator posted when he merged my modifications post. I will PM him to have him change title. This way when new or current owners would like more information with photos on mods they may be considering, my post will help them out.
