Z #5 Finally home
In Aug of 2014 I actually ordered a 2015 Z and wound up cancelling the order 3 days later. Till this day I'm not exactly sure why I cancelled, other than feeling the time just wasn't right for me to have the new Z. At the time I had my Viper TA and C6Z. I knew at some point Id eventually upgrade my Z to a newer one.
Anyway the stars finally aligned for the new Z when I came across this one in its third year in production.
The very last weekend in April, me and my best bud loaded up the ole Lingenfelter C6Z and headed from NY to SC with her riding on the trailer following us. We had a blast of a trip and was able to visit my sister who lives in NC on the way home.
moving on...
This car was dealer ordered and was just the way I would've ordered it with the exception of 1 thing, and that was it would've had the comp seats...really sucks this one didn't have them...
I have to admit it was hard letting my C6Z (Lingenfelter 660) go as that car was plenty fast, raw and never had an issue. I have no doubt it was faster than the new Z (straight line of course) but I'm sure eventually Ill mod this 1 although I'm telling myself Ill hold out as long as possible.
This is my 5th Z06 and I'm hoping this one will bring as much headache free pleasure as the others did. As many of you know I also had a 2011 ZR1 which was an awesome car.
When I got back to NY, she was taken straight to my buds garage for a full detail and expel. She sat there until today. Today she finally made it home.
So without further ado
2017 ZO6/ZO7 3LZ M7
Z in tow^^

^^ look at that paint, car was a 2007

getting expelled or xpelled...or whatever
And here is where her home is...

Great looking Z...Like the yellow racing stripes...Sets it apart from some of the others......Love to know what the C-6 Lingenfelter went for.....Car was beautiful......I'm guessing high 30s or even 40K....??? Maybe low 40s?

Black with yellow stripes, very bold and distinctive - looks good! Also, it looks like you know how to take of black colored cars.

Congrats on your new Z Looks great. Your Lingenfelter Z was very nice, but I'm sure you will love the new one in every way. Anxious to hear your impressions of the Z compared to your ACR.Enjoy the new ride.

HOLY WOW!!! Larry, you're right
Boba, would you like to meet up for some tea? I think I found my car's twin that was separated at birth (although 1 yr later lol)

Good looking color combo. I also like the rendering 2 posts up with the yellow trim on the side skirts. I would do that, along with the front splitter too.

Ill do so soon as I get the Viper back. I literally dropped it off with my detail guy when I picked the Z up.
