We all finally have our babies safe at home. All the stress of waiting, checking codes, waiting for the next code to hit, tracking the car...........................

I've been really trying to keep it under 4K. I'll admit though, a couple of times I went over a little bit. It's hard.

Are you guys using 7th on the highway? It doesn't feel like 1500 RPM is too low. I put mine in eco mode for about 5 minutes and then turned it off. Seems silly.

I think it is good to exercise the eco system occasionally to make sure its working or never turn it on. I waited until after 500 miles to use eco. It scared me because I was on a long road trip and I have read on here the systems have malfunctioned.

Same here, 4k is hard. We went to lunch in Key Largo Saturday, about 100 miles each way tried eco mode, at lower speeds like 70ish it goes into V4 mode some times and gets better mileage but most of the time we were in touring mode cruising about 80sih in 7th gear.

Also when you read the thread you will see in my last post I didnt have to remove the PDR cover, only the small cover on the back of the mirror.
Thanks for posting this. I had seen the blendmount before, but never was persuaded to get one. I have mine installed now and it works awesome.

I still have about 100 miles to go before my first oil change, it is hard keeping it below 4k and I did go over once or twice

I just love the car so far. I have used eco mode, but it only seems to go into 4cyl mode down hill with very little throttle. On flat roads of up a slight hill it seems to stay in v8 mode.

I can't wait till that first oil change

Last year when I got my GS, the first drive was 45 minutes to the film and tint shop and I didn't get to have it back for 2 days. Life in the fast lane.

Yeah it sucks, I stopped by the shop after work to check on her. Best looking car there and they work on Ferrari's and lambos.

what kind of tint are you getting? I hear good things about the 3M Ceramic series as far as keeping heat out. PM me what your paying for the Tint also I just want to get an Idea. Oh and of course post some pics after tint.

It's the top of the line Llumar formula one tint. I think it was $500 for 15% all around. It is that nano ceramic stuff. You can get the lower cost ones for about $300.
