The liners are thinner and have side walls that extend in an upward
direction.
The Mats are thicker (more like a traditional rubber mat) They do not
have extended side walls
About 90% of the sales are for the Liners

Extremely pleased with my WeatherTech mats! I have them in all my vehicles and they are excellent quality. I was able to get some slick looking raised Z-06 emblems on the forum to replace the WeatherTech logos
